What can I expect at the Mentoring and Counseling Center
Sessions are conversational in style and mostly focused on the present. Each session naturally unfolds as you and your Counselor focus on your unique concerns and personality through online therapy. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is woven into most sessions as well as a Solution Focused approach for many topics and concerns.
At the Mentoring and Counseling Center, we are committed to providing a space that is not only caring and upbeat but also sensitive and non-judgmental for teens and adults ages 17 to 65.

Teresa Kline, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Christian Life Coach, founded the Mentoring and Counseling Center to expand services for teens and adults ages 17 to 65. Although based in Montgomery County, her services extend beyond the local area, making support accessible to a wider community.
Currently, counseling services are available for individuals, couples, and teens. In addition, life coaching services provide a more structured approach for both adults and teens, offering a variety of workshops, worksheets, and regular homework assignments to support personal growth.
