What can I expect at the Mentoring and Counseling Center
Our sessions are designed to be conversational in style, and focused on what concerns you. Throughout each session, you and your Counselor will explore your individual concerns and personality in a natural and organic way. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is integrated throughout much of the sessions, along with a Solution Focused approach for various topics and issues.
